BackTransfers offers pre-booked, private taxi transfers to and from airports, hotels, and other specified locations. Services include the provision of a vehicle and driver for the purpose of private transfers according to the details specified in your booking.
You must provide complete and accurate details during the booking process, including your name, contact information, number of passengers, pickup and drop-off locations, and time and date of transfer. You are responsible for verifying the booking details in the booking confirmation email and informing us promptly of any errors.
1) Payment Method: Payment for the transfer service is made directly to the driver at the time of the service. Please ensure that you have the appropriate amount in the local currency to settle your fare directly with the driver.
2) Booking Guarantee: While no payment is taken at the time of booking, a valid credit or debit card must be provided to secure your reservation. This card serves as a guarantee against cancellations, no-shows, or potential damages according to our policies.
3) Fare Calculation: Fares are calculated based on the distance of the transfer, the type of vehicle required, and any additional services requested at the time of booking. These can include, but are not limited to, child seats, excess luggage, or special accommodations.
4) Additional Charges: Charges may be added for services not specified in the initial booking, such as unexpected additional stops requested during the transfer. These additional costs will be payable to the driver according to the rates specified at the time of booking or as communicated during the transfer.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled transfer time will not incur any charges, and no fee will be applied to your credit/debit card. For cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of the transfer, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the transfer cost will be charged to your credit/debit card. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled transfer time will result in a charge of 100% of the transfer cost to your credit/debit card, and no refunds will be issued. Changes to the booking details, such as date, time, or destination, are permissible up to 24 hours before the scheduled transfer time, subject to vehicle availability and potential fare adjustments based on the new booking details. Any additional charges for these changes, if applicable, will be directly payable to the driver at the time of the transfer.
You agree to behave in a civil and respectful manner towards the driver and treat the vehicle with care. Smoking, the consumption of alcohol, and the carrying of hazardous or illegal substances in the vehicles are strictly prohibited. You are also responsible for any damage or soiling of the vehicle caused directly by you or your accompanying passengers.
Luggage conditions, including allowable quantities and specifications, will be clearly outlined at the time of booking. Please ensure that your luggage complies with these specified conditions, as having additional luggage beyond what was agreed upon could result in the cancellation of the transfer without any compensation. It's important to accurately report all luggage details during the booking process to avoid any service disruptions. We are not responsible for the loss of or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle during or after the completion of the service.
We will use reasonable skill and care in providing the service but cannot guarantee the avoidance of delays due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services.
