The confirmation email arrives within 2 hours of your booking request.

Backtransfers includes the transfer (price per car), a professional driver, luggages, taxes and waiting time due to flight delay or loss of baggage.

With Backtransfers there’s no need to pay in advance: at the end of the transfer service you will pay directly to the driver, with the method chosen at the time of booking. The credit card is exclusively used as a guarantee when booking. While booking your transfer you can directly choose what form of payment you prefer: cash or credit card.

There’s absolutely no problem if your flight is delayed: all of our drivers check the flight time table to ensure full accountability to our customers.

The details of meet & greet location, as well as the information regarding the pickup time, are provided per email, once the booking request is confirmed. The driver will wait for you at the airport, port or train station, looking for you at the arrivals terminal showcasing a sign with the name indicated during the booking process. Same thing applies if the pickup point is a private house. If the departure point of the transfer is instead a hotel, the driver will wait for you in the hotel lobby. During the booking process, is extremely important to provide the full information regarding the time and the address, including precise details (square, street, house number, postcode etc.) of the location you wish to be picked up in. Eventually, after collecting your luggage, you will be ready o start your transfer.

Refund is possible only in some circumstances: the refund is linked to the conditions offered in the terms and conditions of carriage.
